Hi my name is Kendra Drayton and I am your Career Coach here at Defining Moment! I started this journey back when I lost my very first Corporate position I had landed right out of college in 2012. My world was turned upside down and I was shattered. I went through years of odd end jobs and contract roles until I came upon a path in Human Resources. It has taken years of trial and error to learn the invaluable things that I know now. Because of this, I can relate to my clients. Since 2014, I started helping my clients by way of resumes, cover letters and feedback. I would get asked a lot for advice on interviews, salary negotiations, what questions to ask during an interview, amongst other things and realized my passion to help others transition and land roles.
